Dr. Lauriston Taylor discusses his career in the NBS proximity fuze and x-ray programs. He also talks about the ramifications of the AD-X2 controversy, the Kelly Committee and its recommendation to rid the Bureau of the Ordnance Labs. Lastly, Dr. Taylor recalls the NBS project accounting system, the move to Gaithersburg, and his relationship with Harry Diamond.
