The William D. Coolidge Award is the highest honor granted by the American Association of Physicists in Medicine. This award is presented to a member who has exhibited a distinguished career in medical physics, and who has exerted a significant impact on the practice of medical physics. This collection contains videorecordings of six annual AAPM awards ceremonies: 1985, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1996, 2001. The recordings do not include the entire award ceremony. The recordings focus on the presentation of the Coolidge Award, sometimes including portions of the ceremony preceding and following the Coolidge Award, or portions of the reception following the ceremony. The awardees include: Jack S. Krohmer, Robert Loevinger, Ravindra Nath, Colin G. Orton, Leonard Stanton, and Nagalingam Sunthralingam. The presenters include: John Cameron, Jan van de Geijn, Robert O. Gorson, William Hendee, Saiful M. Huq, and Tim Schultheiss.
