Includes "Lomonosov's briefcase" with inscription "Rukopisi Lomonosova" engraved on the back of the binding. It contains Lomonosov's manuscripts and other documents from his archive. One manuscript, entitled "Notes on chemistry and optics," previously part of the "briefcase," was later singled out and bound separately.
