Richard Hanau autobiographical items, 1935-1939.
The two-page "Autobiographical Essay" dated Winter 1935 appears to have been intended for inclusion in the author's application to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and recounds briefly his childhood activities, schooling, and interests and experiences in science. The second document, dated November 24, 1939, may be for a similar purpose or job application, and goes into more detail about the author's scientific interests and pursuits.
