Ebert papers contain source material (primarily copies) and secondary sources on the history of the Technische Hochschule Berlin and its predecessor institutions. Of particular interest are the letters relating to the appointment of Gustav Hertz (1885-1975, Nobel Prize Laureate 1926, with J. Frank) to the school. The collection also contains material relating to the administration of the Prussian Ministry.
