Consists of 8 manuscript notebooks, one concerned with guided missile tests from 1949.
Began career at Western Electric and in 1931 went to AC Cossor, where he worked on cathode-ray-tube development and manufacture. He became director of research, working on radar research and manufacture. Later he directed guided weapons projects for English Electric, retiring in 1968 as Director of Engineering of the Guided Weapons Division.
