Land,̌ Alfred, 1888-
Quantum physics correspondence, 1918-1948.
Letters (1918-1927), mostly in German, from leading physicists, on the subject of quantum theory in physics during the period of its most active development. Correspondents include Niels Bohr, Max Born, Paul Ehrenfest, Erwin Fuess, Walther Gerlach, Samuel Goudsmit, Werner Heisenberg, Heinrich Konen, Fritz London, Erwin Madelung, Friedrich Paschen, Wolfgang Pauli, Arnold Sommerfeld, and Pieter Zeeman. Also correspondence (1947-1948) between Land ̌and London on quantum theory, scientific calculations by Land,̌ a typescript on superconductivity probably by London, and reprints of articles by London.
