Albert Einstein papers, 1921-1954.
The collection includes correspondence on personal matters and philosophy, family tree and other family records, newspaper clippings of articles on Einstein, photos, and other papers, in German and English. The largest portion of the collection is Einsteins correspondence with Charles Wegener, a philosopher at the University of Chicago, regarding the translation and publication of the article Physics and Reality. Included with the letters are two drafts of the article with corrections made by Einstein before its publication.
