The Robert W. Christy papers are divided into three sections. Section I. CORRESPONDENCE includes personal letters from Christy to his parents arranged in chronological order, dated from June 1943 to June 1946. II. MILITARY DOCUMENTS contains military orders, medical evaluation paperwork, travel logs, discharge letter, and certificates for of service. III. PHOTOGRAPHS includes photographs during Christys time at Boulder in the Japanese Language School, and from his service in japan. Details are provided whenever possible, including names, dates, and places.
