Biography

Abstract

Frédéric Joliot-Curie was a nuclear chemist at the Institut du Radium. He was awarded the 1935 Nobel Prize in Chemistry along with his wife Irene Joliot-Curie "in recognition of their synthesis of new radioactive elements."
