Biography

Abstract

Dale Van Harlingen is Professor of Physics at Unviersity of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (1981-present). Other institutional affiiations include University of California, Berkeley, and the Cavendish Laboratory at Cambridge University. His research interests include experimental low temperature physics, superconductivity, microfabrication of superconductor devices, scanning probe microscopy, and mesoscopic systems.
