The Discovery of Global Warming                      June 2010

Reid Bryson at the University of Wisconsin, 1972. Flying over India, he noticed what decades later would be recognized as the "Asian Brown Cloud" of haze from human activities. His pioneering studies led to the realization that some forms of pollution act against greenhouse global warming. In later years he denied that global warming would become a problem.
